Privacy, plainly.

Atlas stores the account profile supplied by our identity provider, the lists and tasks you create, sharing and invitation details, comments, due dates, and service preferences.

We may also retain limited security and operational logs needed to protect, debug, and operate the service.

If you connect Google Calendar, Atlas requests access to view your calendar list and to read, create, update, and delete events on the calendar you choose. Atlas uses this access only to display calendar context and keep Atlas tasks and linked calendar events synchronized.

Atlas stores the authorization tokens and calendar identifiers required to maintain that connection. You can disconnect Google Calendar in Atlas or revoke access from your Google Account at any time.

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train a general-purpose AI model.

Atlas exposes a permission-aware MCP connection for ChatGPT, Codex, and other clients you authorize. When you ask a connected client to work with Atlas, the task or list data needed to answer that request is returned to that client under your Atlas permissions.

Atlas does not provide an AI client with access unless a user starts and authorizes that connection.

People invited to a list can see and act on that list according to the role you grant them. They do not receive access to your other lists merely because they use Atlas.

Atlas relies on service providers to operate: Auth0 for identity, Vercel for hosting, Neon for database infrastructure, Google for Calendar, and Resend for transactional email. Connected ChatGPT or Codex clients receive data only when directed by an authorized user.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, Atlas, or others.

Atlas keeps account and workspace data while the account or shared workspace is active and as needed for security, backup, and legal obligations. You may request account or data deletion by contacting us. Shared content may remain available to other authorized list members when they have an independent right to retain it.

Atlas uses access controls, encryption, scoped authorization, and managed infrastructure to reduce risk. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong account and share lists deliberately.

• Review or change list access in Atlas.
• Disconnect Google Calendar or revoke its Google Account permission.
• Disconnect Atlas from ChatGPT, Codex, or another MCP client.
• Request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information.
